It
was my team's most awaited team building at Tali Beach the same weekend
of my birthday. It took some time to plan but finally we were off to
the best weekend as a group.
We
all met near the office (RCBC Plaza can be seen in the background) and
went on convoy in 5 cars. But just because it was a team building and
we were all going as friends didn't mean we could ride with our
barkadas. Our boss made sure we got that team building spirit from the
beginning by randomly grouping us into cars, with some members being the
assigned drivers and navigators. Thank goodness for Waze!
